Training Review - Weeks 15, 16,17 & 18

A mess of four weeks in here as life has been chaos and I haven't had a chance to even sit down for 20 minutes to type this. I am only getting to it now because I am sat in my mum's house this evening waiting to go in to hospital for injections in my hip tomorrow.  

Within this block we had to put the dog to sleep, sold my house, moved in to my new house, did 5 races, qualified for next year's World Champs in Edmonton, and generally struggled to cope with the enormous chaos of life. 

I have split the numbers for the two fortnight blocks so they are more comparable to a normal post. I have now lost commuting as a training option which is going to hurt my numbers until I can get my new gym set up properly and pick up those numbers at home.
