Training Review - Weeks 13 & 14

Weirdly, having accepted that my run isn't going to improve until I get my next hip injections I then went out for a 10k race which started in the cold and wet with a huge headwind, and came out of it with a 41:12. I did then lose most of the next week betwen fatigue, work (including visiting offshore) and life in general. not helped by turning up 15 mins late for the start of a 16.5 mile race and instead just logging 4 miles easy.  I have been getting out on the mountain bike more, which has meant coming up short on bike miles overall as they are just so much slower. I am going to miss more swimming next week as the pool is closed for a championship event.  Actuals, (T arget) -  Swim  4.8   miles / 7,750  m.  (5.6 miles). Bike 35.6   miles.
